Graphic Design Intern

The role

We’re looking for a Graphic Design Intern to bring our brands and campaigns to life. You’ll design social content, marketing assets, branding elements, and promotional material for the studio and our clients. It’s a hands-on role with real projects, mentorship from an experienced design team, and a portfolio of published work — ideal for a final-year student or recent graduate who loves design and wants to grow fast.

What you’ll own

• Design social graphics and post sets for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and more.
• Create marketing and campaign assets: ads, banners, flyers, brochures, and decks.
• Support branding work: logos, colour systems, typography, and guidelines.
• Produce thumbnails, covers, and supporting visuals for video and content.
• Lay out documents, decks, and one-pagers cleanly and on-brand.
• Follow brand guidelines and keep visuals consistent across deliverables.
• Prepare and export files correctly for print and digital.
• Take feedback well and turn around revisions quickly.
• Keep up with design trends and what’s performing on each platform.

What we’re looking for

• Currently in the final year of a Bachelor’s, or a recent graduate.
• Working knowledge of at least one design tool: Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar.
• A portfolio of design work (personal and academic projects welcome).
• A good sense of layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow a brief.
• Reliable, communicative, and able to meet deadlines.

Bonus points

• Experience designing for social media.
• Branding or logo design experience.
• Basic motion graphics or animation (After Effects or similar).
• Familiarity with print production and file prep.
• Understanding of UI/UX or web design basics.
• Comfort with AI design tools is a plus.

The deal

• A monthly stipend of Rs 30,000, plus performance bonuses.
• Hands-on experience on real client and brand projects.

• Potential for a full-time offer based on performance.
• 3 months, on-site/hybrid in Islamabad, ~30–40 hours a week — with the possibility of extension or conversion to a full-time role.
